MOG Foods Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on perishable items (such as baked goods, frozen foods, and snacks) once they have left our facility. However, refunds or replacements may be issued if the product is deemed defective, spoiled, or incorrect.
  • Non-Perishable Items: For non-perishable items, returns and refunds may be available. Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.

 

Refund Process

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description and a photo of the product. Once verified, we may offer a refund, store credit, or a replacement, depending on the situation.
  • Incorrect Orders: If your order is incorrect (for example, if you receive the wrong product), please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange to send you the correct item at no additional charge or issue a refund if preferred.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you have been approved for a refund and have not yet received it, please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. If the issue persists, contact us for further assistance.

 

Return Instructions

  • Approval for Returns: Returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service team. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Return Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging where possible and ensure the items are securely packed to avoid damage.
  • Shipping Costs: For approved returns due to product defects or errors on our part, MOG Foods will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.

 

Exclusions

  • Clearance and Promotional Items: Items sold as part of a clearance or promotional sale are final and not eligible for refunds or returns unless defective.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or provide refunds due to a change of mind on perishable items once purchased
